Rigorous Testing
All products are subjected to stage and inspection, starting from the chemical composition of the molten metal till the final inspection. This includes Micro/Macro properties of the material, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Hardness, Warpage, Dimensional Parameters, Surface Finish etc.RWF has the full capacity to design and manufacture of wheels, axles and wheelsets to suit the customer’s requirement. Timely delivery to meet customer satisfaction is one of our key goals.

Product Safety Policy
We, at Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka commit ourselves to develop, provide and maintain products that are safe for their intended use & service with respect to passengers, users and other citizens.
We Shall:

Actively support the implementation of product safety policy/objectives throughout our areas of responsibility.

Ensure analysis of reported incidents at predefined intervals to review the safety performance of product/components.

Ensure continual review of the product safety management processes.

Identify and control the Product safety related characteristics of components at the point of Design & Manufacturing.

Evaluate potential effects on product safety due to process and product/component change.

Communicate requirements and ensure traceability of product/component safety throughout the supply chain.

Impart training identified by the organization or customer for personnel involved in safety related components in design & manufacturing processes.

Disseminate best practices related to product safety.
