We, the employees of Rail Wheel Factory, are committed to continual improvement in Quality in the manufacture of Wheels, Axles and Wheel sets, sustain our excellence in the same and take all steps to delight our customer.
We are also committed to safeguarding the environment and minimizing health and safety risk to our employees, residents of township, visitors and the communities in which we conduct business activities.
We shall continually strive to achieve this above by:

Adopting correct and modem engineering knowledge and practice in manufacturing and maintenance.

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations providing a safe, hygienic and productive work environment at Factory and Township.

The RWF IMS Policy is derived as our commitment of the organisation (RWF) to comply with the requirement and to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. RWF strives to establish and review Quality objective and made to understand by all the employees.
