|I have submitted my bill. When will I get my payment
Normally bills are cleared within a week’s time, from the date of receipt in accounts office. For further details, please contact the executive department.
|I have not received the TDS certificate.
|TDS certificates are normally sent along with the cheque. Please contact cash office.
|TDS certificate does not show the ward and circle number etc.
|Tax deducted is transferred by book adjustment to Govt. of India, Finance Ministry through Ministry of Railways. It is not remitted in any income tax office.
How do I get my EMD/SD refund
Please contact the executive department for whom you have executed the work. (Stores in case of supplies and Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Personnel and Medical in case of works).
