Facility of issue of D Form against CST for interstate purchases by Government Departments including Railways has been withdrawn by the Central Government with effect from 01/04/2007. As such RWF is not in a position to issue any Form D. Hence Tenderers are required to quote actual percentage of SALES TAX OR VAT applicable for the item in their state duly enclosing the documentary proof i.e. Government Notification.
